TomoRead is open source. If a comic didn't convert the way you expected, or you want a new device profile or format, you can also open an issue on the project's public repository:
A note on privacy: we can only help with what you tell us. We never see your files — they're processed in memory and discarded the moment a conversion finishes, so if something went wrong with a specific comic, please describe it (format, device, what happened) rather than expecting us to look it up.
